TIL I blew $340 on a mail-order teeth whitening kit that did nothing after 6 weeks
The trays never fit right and I kept telling myself week 3 would be the one that worked. Anyone else get suckered by one of those before and after ads, and what actually worked for you if anything did?

Read a dental hygienist's AMA on here a while back and she said those kits mostly sit on your teeth wrong so the gel misses the spots that need it. She said the only at-home stuff worth trying is the strips since they stick right to the tooth. Said to give it a couple weeks and stop if your gums get wrecked.
