My neighbor yelled at me for 10 minutes over a shared driveway that I didn't even block

So last Tuesday I pulled into my driveway after work, and my next door neighbor Frank came storming out of his house red faced. He started screaming about how I parked too close to the line and he couldn't get his truck out this morning. I literally checked my tires when I got out, and I was a solid 2 feet on my side. The guy kept pointing at the ground and saying I was being inconsiderate, but the marks on the pavement showed I wasn't even near his half. I just stood there for like 5 minutes letting him vent, then calmly showed him the tire tracks in the dirt. He got quiet and walked back inside without saying sorry. Has anyone else dealt with a neighbor who flies off the handle over something that isn't even real? I'm worried this is gonna be a regular thing now.

Wait, has anybody thought about whether Frank might have actually been in the wrong about something else that morning and just needed someone to dump his anger on? Like maybe he spilled coffee on himself or had a fight with his wife, and you being an easy target just got caught in the crossfire. I've seen that happen with my crew sometimes where a guy shows up hot over some tiny thing and it's really because his truck broke down an hour before. You showing him the tire tracks was smart, but it's weird he didn't apologize. Keep an eye on it but don't lose sleep yet.

The tire tracks weren't the only thing I showed him, I also pointed out the gate latch was loose from the other week. Kelly, you're right that people bring their own mess to work, but Frank's got a pattern of this, not just one bad morning. I'm not losing sleep, but I'm also not gonna chalk it up to bad luck when it keeps happening.
