Boss fight I keep losing: asking my landlord to fix the heat in unit 3B, and last Tuesday I finally snapped
After 11 days of 58 degree mornings in my apartment in Cleveland, I left a note that just said 'I have started wearing my winter coat to bed, please advise' and he showed up within an hour, so now I need to know if passive aggressive notes are a real strategy or if I just got lucky with a guilty conscience.
