The spreadsheet trick that saved me from a week of manual entry

Our office in Boise still uses a paper log for tracking supply deliveries, which I had to type into a digital report every Friday. I got tired of it and set up a Google Form that the receiving guy can fill out on his phone when a box shows up. It auto-populates a sheet, cutting my Friday work from 3 hours to about 20 minutes. Anyone else find a simple tech fix for a stubborn old process?

Wait, you had to type from a PAPER log? In Boise, in this decade? That's wild! My mind is blown that any office still does that. Your Google Form idea is genius, honestly.
