The old coffee pot timer at my last job still haunts my mornings
Back in 2019 at the call center on 14th street, the pot brewed at 5:45 AM sharp no matter what, and one day it died mid-brew so I learned to fill it by 5:40 or face 40 hangry agents. Anyone else got a work ritual that still dictates their schedule years later?

Ha! That timer's got more authority than my actual alarm clock now, I swear. Funny how a machine that just clicks at the same time every day can turn into a full blown panic trigger, even when you're nowhere near that break room anymore.
