The janitor at my old warehouse showed me this tape trick that saved my back
I was taping boxes for 6 hours straight one Tuesday when he walked over and showed me how to use a 2-inch strip of tape as a handle, which cut my lifting strain by like half, has anyone else gotten random pro tips from the cleaning crew?

Yeah that tape handle trick is legit. Had a guy on the loading dock show me the same thing after I spent a week complaining about my wrists. Saved me from having to get a brace or something.

Oh man, that's wild. I actually read somewhere that the tape trick works because it spreads the pressure across your whole hand instead of just digging into one spot. Some people say it's better than those weird gel pads you can buy. I tried it once with packing tape and it worked okay but duct tape was way better. Never thought to do it for regular boxes though, mostly just for heavy furniture stuff.
