Found a 12 year old granola bar in the break room vending machine

Checked the date on a smashed bar stuck behind the coils at my warehouse job in Tulsa, it expired back in 2013 before the machine was even installed. Anybody else find ancient stuff in work machines that makes you question what else they haven't cleaned since the Bush administration?

Honestly I used to assume those machines got wiped down every few months, but finding a bar older than the actual machine pretty much killed that theory for me. Now I just stick to the sealed chips and pray.
