Finally got my dispatch board color coded after 2 years of chaos
I was sitting in my office at Butler Moving in Austin last Thursday, staring at the whiteboard with neon post-its everywhere, and I just snapped. Spent 45 minutes redoing it with green for local moves, blue for long distance, and red for cancellations. First time in two years I actually know what's happening this week without digging through three different notebooks. Anyone else got a system that finally clicked after way too long?

Color coding is just adulting with a HIGHlighter, we all need a little ORDER from the chaos.

Color coding my groceries is the only way I can remember what day it is some weeks. At least the highlighter makes the chaos look organized.
