Bought a $40 ergonomic keyboard for data entry and it made my wrists hurt more

I process invoices all day and thought a fancy keyboard would help with the strain. After a week, my typing speed dropped by 15% and the pain got worse. Anyone have a cheap keyboard they actually like for this kind of work?

Honestly my old office used those Microsoft Sculpt keyboards and they caused the same issue for me. The split design and weird key layout just messed with my muscle memory. Tbh I switched back to a basic tenkeyless keyboard from Logitech and the pain went away in a few days. Sometimes the fancy fix is worse than the simple tool you already know how to use.
