Wait, he carries a notebook just for that? Like a dedicated dumb task log he keeps on him at all times? That's a level of petty I did not expect from some random guy at the DMV. Part of me respects it but part of me thinks if you need a notebook to track your boss's nonsense, the notebook is the least of your problems. Did he say what he actually does with it, or does it just sit there collecting dust and spite?
