Wasted $50 on that fancy Japanese bone folder

Thought I was being smart buying a $50 bone folder from that specialty shop online. Thing snapped clean in half on my third project, just trying to crease some heavy cardstock. My old $8 plastic one from the craft store is still going strong after 8 years. Anyone else find that the expensive tools aren't always worth it?

$50 for a bone folder is insane. My 8 buck one from Michaels is still kicking too.

My 70 year old neighbor let me borrow her bone folder once and she'd had it since the 80s with a tiny chip in the handle... @caseyl18 your Michaels one will probably outlive both of ours combined honestly.
