Serious question, a club member in Omaha pushed back on how I run our meetings and I think she may be onto something
She pulled me aside after our March meeting and said I was letting the loudest two people talk for 40 minutes straight, so since then I've been writing names on index cards and drawing them to hand out turns in order, and I want to know if that feels too rigid to the rest of you.
