Just realized our book club fight over 'The Circle' explains why my remote team chats go sideways.

That book makes you question total transparency lol. Our team chats get messy for the same reason.

Yeah, the "messy" part is exactly it. Sometimes full transparency just creates more noise, not more understanding.

The "more noise" point you made is key, @thomas.sandra. It reminds me of how too much raw data can hide the actual problem. Teams end up debating every minor comment instead of spotting the real issue everyone is quietly avoiding.
