That 14-hour shift in Baton Rouge where everything went sideways
We were swapping out a corroded header on a cracking tower and the crane operator misread the rigging chart, dropped our 2,800-pound drum off the deck, and the plant supervisor made us re-certify all our torches before we could even start cleanup, has anyone else had a job spiral like that over one small mistake?
