Question about a weird noise from a boiler in a Philly apartment building

Heard a sound like a goose honking from a unit's radiator, turned out a kid had shoved a toy whistle into the air vent. Anyone ever find something wild stuck in a system?

Found a whole action figure in a duct once.

Found a plastic dinosaur in a return vent last month. Kid must have been real upset when that thing got sucked up. Makes you wonder what else is hiding in there.
