Passed 500 furnace repairs last month without even tracking it

I hit 500 furnace repairs last month and didn't realize it until my shop foreman mentioned it at the morning meeting. That number surprised me because I've only been on the boilermaker side for about 3 years after switching from general welding. It made me think about all those tight crawl spaces and rusty burners I've crawled through. Each one taught me something new about combustion air flow or flame sensor cleaning. Anyone else ever hit a milestone that snuck up on you like that?

And it's funny how that happens with most skills, you just look up one day and realize how far you've come.
