Despite many swearing by full penetration welds for every patch, I used a fillet on a low-pressure section and it held up fine

My small win this week was saving time and material without a single leak.

What pressure range do you consider low enough for a fillet weld?

Guess I'd mess up either way.

Read in a mag that fillet welds are totally fine for non-critical low-pressure stuff.
