Vent: I used to think legacy games were just a cash grab for extra pieces.
My group played Pandemic Legacy Season 1 over six months, and the way the story changed our choices felt real. We actually yelled at the board when a city fell in October. Has anyone else felt that kind of tension in a game before?

That "emotionally invested rioters" thing is so true. My buddy's group had a full-on ten minute silence after a bad turn in Gloomhaven, just staring at the map like they lost a real friend.
