That time a reviewer trashed my game teach and I fixed it

A guy at our Thursday session said I rushed the rulebook and nobody could follow the worker placement. I started doing a 10 minute setup walkthrough with visuals last month, and now new players pick it up way faster. Has anyone else overhauled their teach after one bad session?
