Question about the 90 minute gap between game night and everyone showing up
Six guys in our Tuesday group used to show up at 6:55 for a 7:00 start, but over the last two months the same crowd has been rolling in at 8:15 to 8:30 with no warning. I think it's because we left Caylus set up on the table one week and people started treating the start time as a guess. Do you guys set a hard start and just begin a short filler game without the stragglers, or does that cause more trouble than it's worth?
