My $80 custom insert for Gloomhaven was a total game changer

I finally caved and bought a laser-cut wooden organizer from a seller on Etsy after spending 15 minutes setting up the game every time. It cut our setup and tear-down time in half, and everything fits perfectly in the box now. Has anyone else found a specific accessory that was absolutely worth the money for their favorite big box game?

Honestly, that's cheaper than therapy.

Yeah but therapy's not just about talking, it's about having someone trained to spot patterns you can't see. Like you might vent about work stress for months, but a good therapist helps you see it's actually about your fear of failing, not the deadlines. That insight changes everything. You can't buy that kind of mirror for your brain.

Totally agree about that setup time. I read a forum post once where someone said their biggest game changer was a simple deck of sleeved cards for a legacy game. They said knowing the cards were protected from all the handling made actually playing feel way less stressful.
