Warning: Don't binge 24 hours of Succession in one sitting like I did

I tried to watch all of Season 2 of Succession in a single day last Sunday. By episode 6 my brain felt like mush and I couldn't keep any of the character names straight. I ended up rewinding scenes like 4 or 5 times because I kept missing the subtle insults between Kendall and Logan. The next morning I woke up with a headache and still dreamed about corporate boardroom drama. Learning from this is that shows with that much dialogue and family tension need breaks, like maybe 3 episodes max per day. Has anyone else crashed hard trying to power through a dense show too fast?

Feel you so hard on this. I did the same thing with Ozark once and by episode 8 I was actually convinced the Byrde family were making legitimate financial decisions (they're not, they're obviously terrible people). The worst part for me was the next day at work when every email felt like a Logan Roy power play and I kept zoning out trying to figure out who was betraying who in my own life. A 24 hour binge is basically asking your brain to do a marathon with no water breaks, you know?
