Sunk 14 hours into a show that got canceled mid-season

Last month I finally started that streaming drama everyone swore was the next big thing. Binged all 9 episodes over a weekend, even skipped sleep on a Tuesday to finish. Then I go to look up season 2 and find out the network pulled the plug back in March. Not even a cliffhanger resolution, just dead. Has anyone else burned a whole weekend on a show that ended up canceled before it got a proper ending?

Man, that sucks. Same thing happened to me with that space show last year, I was so hooked and then it just vanished with zero warning.
