Shoutout to the shows that made me question right and wrong
Binge watching whole seasons at once is so different from waiting each week. I got really into a show where the main character does some shady stuff, and it made me wonder if I should even be cheering for them. Back then, I had more time to think about each episode.

Totally get that. Finished a whole season in a weekend and almost argued with my neighbor over a parking spot like I was some mob boss.

Seriously, binge-watching turns you into a moral mess. I marathoned this show where the main guy did some awful stuff, and by the end, I was like 'yeah, that makes sense'. My own choices got sketchy, like I caught myself thinking it was fine to eat my roommate's leftovers without asking. Giving myself a week between episodes might have kept me from becoming a low-key terrible person, but who has that kind of patience? Now I just accept that my judgment is shot for a few days after a binge.

Honestly I had to start putting my phone in another room during shows because I'd get so sucked in. After binging a whole crime drama I almost lied about why I was late to work, like it was no big deal. Now I force myself to watch one episode then go do something normal, like take out the trash or text a friend. It sounds dumb but that little break reminds me what planet I'm on lol.
