Debate: Is it better to binge a whole season at once or spread it out over a week?

I tried doing both with my latest show, The Bear season 3. Binging the whole thing in one day felt intense but I forgot half the plot points by the next morning. Spreading it out over 6 days gave me more time to think about each episode. Which way do you prefer for getting the most out of a show?

Forget half the plot points? Should've taken notes between episodes like a proper student.

Spreading it out lets individual scenes really sink in before the next episode starts.
