The drive-thru headset used to be the worst part of my shift, now it's the only thing keeping me sane
After 6 years at the same Chick-fil-A in Plano, the difference isn't the customers or the managers, it's that I finally learned to mute the headset during the lunch rush and just watch the chaos through the window like a nature documentary, so has anyone else found a weird little coping trick that turned your most hated station into a break?

Man, I always thought muting the headset was cheating or lazy, but this totally makes sense now. Turning the worst part into a front-row seat to the craziness is honestly genius.
