Straight razor vs safety razor on an old guy with tough skin
Had a regular client in his 70s come in last Tuesday with that leathery, sun-beaten neck skin. I busted out my usual straight razor routine and he winced the whole time, tiny nicks everywhere. Swapped to a safety razor with a fresh blade and a lighter touch, night and day difference. He left smiling and already booked his next cut. Anyone else switch tools for specific skin types or am I late to this party?
