Last Saturday a kid came in for a #2 fade with his mom. I was rushing between appointments at my shop near downtown Tulsa and the guard slipped on my Oster 76. He had thin hair anyway, so the burn showed up red and ugly right above his ear. I stopped instantly, apologized to the mom, and finished the cut with scissors instead. Then I gave her some aloe gel and told her to call me if it scabbed up, but thankfully it was just a scrape. Anyone else have a clipper slip on a kid and how did you keep the parent calm?
