That school board meeting in Ohio where they actually burned a book on camera

Last month in a tiny town outside Columbus, some school board members decided to burn a copy of "The Hate U Give" during a public meeting. They said it was about protecting kids from violence and bad language. But really, they were mad it showed a Black girl standing up to police. Has anyone else noticed these bans are never about the actual content and always about silencing a specific voice?

For real, I just ignore the drama and read whatever I want on my own time, works way better.

Skip all that noise and just curate your feed to block anyone who starts drama. I unfollow or mute people the second they get annoying and it keeps my timeline chill. What kind of stuff do you usually read to avoid getting sucked into arguments?
