Spent $80 on a banned book bundle and half the pages were missing
I paid $80 for a bundle of five banned books from a small online store that claimed to sell "uncensored editions." When they arrived, two of them were clearly photocopied and one was missing chapters 12 through 18 entirely. I reached out to the seller and they blamed it on a "printing error" but wouldn't give a refund. Has anyone else gotten burned buying banned books from random websites? I'm trying to find a legit source for challenged titles without breaking the bank.

Ugh, honestly that sucks so much. But tbh, "uncensored editions" from small random sites is a red flag, most legit banned book sellers just sell the actual published versions for like $15 each.
