My librarian friend was right about why they ban these books
She told me it's rarely about protecting kids, it's about controlling what questions they ask. I watched a school board meeting last month where a parent admitted she hadn't even read the book, just saw a TikTok about it. Has anyone else noticed the people pushing bans almost never know the actual content?
