DAE remember when we just checked out banned books without thinking twice?
When I was in high school in Ohio in the 90s, I grabbed a copy of a challenged book from the library like it was nothing, no big deal. Now at 43, every time I see a title pulled from shelves in places like Florida or Texas, I feel this weird guilt for not paying closer attention back then. Anyone else have a book they breezed past that's now being fought over?
