The 2 AM ATM deposit that showed up twice, then vanished for 48 hours

I always figured bank glitches were rare until I used that drive-through ATM on 5th Street last Tuesday, the machine kept my $240 cash deposit and my app showed it pending, then the next morning the money was gone with no record, so I called the bank and after 3 reps the supervisor found it sitting in an error queue, has anyone else had a deposit eat itself like that and how long did it take to fix?

Man, sounds like a whole ordeal for 240 bucks. I get being annoyed but you basically got it back same day, just had to talk to a few people. I've had a check bounce once and they held my funds for like a week, now that was a mess. Seems like you hit a minor snag in their system, not some money-eating black hole. Maybe just use the teller next time if this is gonna stress you out that much.
