Lost $50 on a stupid transfer fee at Chase and I'm still mad about it
I needed to move $2,000 from my checking to my brokerage last month and just did a wire transfer at the Chase branch without thinking. They charged me $50 for something I could have done for free with ACH in 3 days. Has anyone else gotten hit with a surprise fee like this from a big bank?

And their stupid fees somehow always come at the worst possible time too.

My buddy Tom got hit with a $35 late fee on a gym membership he forgot he even had. He tried to cancel it and they said he owed them another month first. Ever run into one of those cancellation loops that never seems to end?
