Vent: The new bakery in Westgate is selling bread that's basically cake
I checked out 'Flour Child' yesterday and their 'artisan' sourdough was so sweet I could have frosted it. It felt like they used a full cup of sugar in the dough, which is just wrong for a proper loaf. Has anyone else run into places that can't tell the difference between bread and dessert?
