One Tuesday last month almost made me quit baking for good

I had a 12 cake order for a wedding plus a bakery case to stock, all due by noon. The walk-in cooler decided to die at 4 AM, so my buttercream was soup and my dough was proofing way too fast. I spent $80 on emergency dry ice just to keep things cold, threw out one whole batch of croissants that overproofed, and somehow the wedding cake still came out lopsided. By 11 AM I was crying in the walk-in next to the dry ice, and the owner just said 'we all have days like this.' Has anyone else had a single shift that tested everything you had?
