I just baked my 50th loaf of sourdough this year

I started keeping track in January after my starter, Bert, finally got strong. I pulled number 50 out of the oven this morning and the ear was perfect. Does anyone else track their bakes like this?

My buddy's starter got named in his divorce papers.

My buddy Dave's truck is named "The Mistress" after his ex-wife found out he was sleeping in it instead of coming home. Honestly though, if your starter is getting named in divorce papers, you probably have deeper issues than just engine problems. Did the judge award custody of the alternator too? Sounds like someone needs to learn what a prenup is for. What kind of stuff did the ex get in the settlement besides the truck?
