Hit 500 loaves from my home oven this morning...

I keep a little tally on the wall above my mixer and today I hit 500 loaves baked in this house. The weirdest part is that number includes exactly 17 batches of cinnamon rolls that disastered into blobs because I forgot the salt.

My wife once forgot the yeast in a batch of dinner rolls and we ended up eating what looked like flat hockey pucks. They tasted okay but nobody could get over the texture.
