Whoa, that's seriously impressive. I got into a baking kick last year and just the thought of that much flour is wild. My back hurts thinking about hauling all those bags. That's a serious achievement, congrats on the milestone.

@the_dylan, you're right about the back pain, and it connects to something I've noticed lately. A lot of people start these big projects with good intentions, but it's the daily grind of hauling flour or doing dishes for an hour that really wears you down. That's probably what separates someone who bakes for a year from someone who bakes for a decade, just sticking with the boring, heavy parts.

The logistics of sourcing that much flour is its own hidden challenge. Finding a supplier who sells 50-pound bags in bulk would be a whole separate project. That's a full-time operation, not just a hobby.
