Glazed my cinnamon rolls with cream cheese or plain icing, and the cream cheese won by a mile
Made two trays for my sister's baby shower down in Savannah last weekend. One got the usual cream cheese spread, the other just powdered sugar and milk. I was sure the plain one would go over better with the older crowd. Nope. Every single cream cheese roll was gone in 20 minutes and I had half a tray of the plain ones left. My aunt Brenda said the plain ones tasted like a donut without the fun. Fair, honestly. Now I'm second guessing my whole icing game. What do you all put on yours?
