PSA: That $40 grounding sheet I bought for better sleep was a total bust
I tried sleeping on one of those earthing sheets for 2 weeks straight and I actually woke up more restless than before. Has anyone else had zero luck with these grounding products, or did I just get a bad one?

People get SO dramatic about sleep products. A grounded sheet probably isn't going to fix your life, you know? It's a fabric with some copper, not a magic wand. If you're waking up restless after 2 weeks it might just be your mattress or your caffeine intake or literally anything else. I swear half the benefit of these things is just the placebo effect of feeling like you're doing something healthy. A bad night's sleep happens, let's not turn it into a whole thing.
