Heard a guy at the feed store say apple cider vinegar in water is a gimmick, now I'm torn
He said he ran 40 hens for 6 years in College Station and never once added it to their waterers. Half the folks I know swear it keeps their birds laying through winter, the other half say it's just sour water and a waste of $6 a bottle. Anyone here actually tracked egg counts with and without it?
