Dropped $85 on a heated chicken waterer in January and it froze solid anyway
I live outside Minneapolis and figured a heated base would solve my winter watering problems, but the thing stopped working after 3 weeks when it hit -15. Lost two hens to dehydration before I caught it, and now I'm back to swapping out a rubber bowl twice a day. Anyone found a setup that actually holds up when it gets below zero?
