Shoutout to the guy in Yosemite who set me straight on the Half Dome permit process

I saw so many people turned away at the base of the cables last month because they thought the lottery was the only step. You actually need to print your permit and have it on you, which I learned the hard way after a 4 am start. What other little-known permit rules have you run into on big name trails?

The Havasu Falls permit actually has to be on your phone now, @beth_martinez52.
