Why does nobody talk about loaning money to siblings?
Loaned my brother $2,000 last March. He said he'd pay me back in 3 months. It's been 8 months now. Every family dinner is awkward. My mom knows and keeps giving me looks. He bought a new TV last week. Still no payment. Has anyone else had a sibling just... pretend the debt doesn't exist?

Laughs in "never getting that money back" every time I see him. At this point I'm just calling it the "stupid tax" for trusting family.
