Showerthought: the $1,200 loan to my brother got easier once I put the payback plan in a shared note
Three weeks ago in Columbus I sat him down with a printed sheet showing the $150/month schedule, and he actually signed it without a fight. Has anyone else tried writing the terms down before the talk instead of just saying them out loud?
