Vent: our hangar's tool crib went from total chaos to labeled bins in 2 months, and it wasn't the new guy who fixed it
The lead finally made everyone sign tools out on a clipboard after a torque wrench went missing for 3 days, and now I spend less time hunting for a crimper than I do on the actual squawk, so why did it take a lost wrench to get us here?
