Found 3 chafed wires behind the galley panel on a King Air 200 in Tucson that way last month, each one passed a static continuity check, so what's your go-to first move on an intermittent that only shows up in flight?
You try warming up the box with a heat gun or freeze spray while it's running on the bench? Half the time the joint or connector pin only opens up when thermal expansion hits it. On the King Air I'll also pull the cannon plug and look for fretting wear on the pins, that black powder is a dead giveaway for a vibe issue that never shows static. Wiggle test is step one but heat and a little flex on the board itself catches the ones the harness won't.
