Spent 3 hours wet sanding a fender before I figured out my air line had water in it
Was chasing these tiny pinholes in the clear on a silver Corolla bumper for like 3 hours on Tuesday, sanding, buffing, sanding again, getting more annoyed each pass. My buddy Manny walked over, looked at my setup for two seconds, and drained about a cup of water out of my compressor tank. The whole time it was moisture spitting through my gun, not my technique, and I had been blaming myself for weeks on other jobs too. Bought a $40 inline drier the next day and my last 4 bumper jobs have come out clean on the first pass. Anyone got a filter setup they actually trust, or am I just gonna be draining this thing every morning forever?
