Met a retired collision guy at a diner in Nashville who talked me out of ever using filler on a unibody rail
He showed me a photo of a 2018 Accord that split right along the repair line after a minor hit, said I was just buying time with bondo, and asked why I'd trust a tube of putty over a proper weld job in a crumple zone; has anyone else dropped filler completely after seeing something like that firsthand?
